The proprietors, Binh and Kim Ly Chau have successfully and continually provided the Ipswich community with high quality Chinese cuisine accompanied with friendly customer service for a great dining experience.  Binh recognises that preparation, presentation, and taste go hand in hand with fine foods; and demonstrates this equally in flavour and appearance.  Go Sing’s ongoing success and distinct quality of authentic Chinese cuisine is highlighted by its superb delicacy and refined simplicity.  All of Go Sing’s recipes are inspired by Binh’s travels and family history.
